Notice: The colors of the strings hanging from each end of the feather boa are white or black. If the strings at the ends of the boa are too long, you can re-tie the string tightly as close to the feathers as possible and cut off the excess string at each end of the strings. The boa will not fall apart if you do this. Or if you don't like the white strings, you can use the colored marker to paint the white strings as you wish.
Care Instructions:
All of our feather boas are handmade and it is normal for the feathers to fall off when removed from the package. Once you receive the boa, open the bag, preferably outdoors, and try shaking it to remove any debris formed during shipping and processing, then hang it on a hook for 24 to 48 hours. The boa will lose some feathers at this point, as is the case with all-natural, handmade feather boas. Then, hang your boa on a hook, as this will help it fluff up naturally. The more you hang the boa, the more it will fluff up.
